The poem illuminates Parker’s love for another woman, referring to a list of “things that make [her] heart jump.”\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eEach blackout poem, in a way, reinterprets “Sunshine” and turns it into the thing that makes each contributor’s own heart jump.
